New accounts on Mailofly start in evaluation/sandbox mode to protect platform deliverability against automated abuse and spam bot attacks.

Moving to Production

To unlock high-volume production sending:
  1. Verify Your Custom Domain: You must have at least one verified custom domain with valid SPF and DKIM DNS records.
  2. Review Compliance: Ensure your email list conforms to our Email Consent Guidelines (opt-in only, no purchased lists).
  3. Submit Production Request:
    • Navigate to Billing & Quotas.
    • Click Request Production Access.
    • Provide your website URL and a brief description of the emails you plan to send (e.g. “B2B SaaS customer onboarding and billing receipts”).
  4. Fast-Track Approval: Our deliverability team typically reviews and approves requests within 2–6 business hours.
