Add Multi-Factor Authentication (2FA)

To safeguard your sending domains, API keys, and contact lists from unauthorized access, we strongly recommend enabling Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) on all team accounts.

Enabling 2FA with Authenticator App

Mailofly supports Time-based One-Time Password (TOTP) apps (including 1Password, Google Authenticator, Authy, and Apple Passwords):
  1. Go to Profile Settings > Security.
  2. Click Enable Two-Factor Authentication.
  3. Scan the generated QR code using your authenticator app.
  4. Enter the 6-digit confirmation code generated by your app.
  5. Save your Emergency Backup Codes in a secure password manager.
  6. Click Confirm & Activate.
