When a user finishes an email course, spends their first $50, or signs up for a beta test, you can pin a special badge to their profile and sort them into a private group!Why Give Out Club Badges?
Once someone is wearing a club badge in your Mailofly Audience:- Send Exclusive Broadcasts: You can send secret newsletters only to members of that specific club without spamming anyone else!
- Track Superfans: Quickly filter your contacts to see who has earned the “VIP” or “Course Graduate” badge.
- Use in Future Automations: Ask the Yes/No Quiz Fork: “Does this contact already have the ‘VIP’ badge?”
How to Hand Out a Badge
- Drop the Add to Segment card onto your canvas.
- Click the card to open its settings drawer.
- Pick the club name from your dropdown list!
- (Need a new club?) You can create new segments anytime under Audience ➡️ Segments in your dashboard.
