Live MCP Resources
In the Model Context Protocol, Resources provide real-time, read-only context to AI assistants. Unlike Tools (which execute actions), Resources can be attached to conversations, pinned to agent system prompts, or inspected by models to understand your workspace state. The Mailofly MCP server provides 4 live resources:mailofly://usage
Live email volume, delivered/bounced counters, and quota limits.
mailofly://templates
All email templates with HTML structure and variable placeholders.
mailofly://domains
Configured sending domains and DNS verification states (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
mailofly://identities
Configured sending identities and accounts.

Provides instant access to your account’s sending metrics over the last 30 days:

2. mailofly://templates
Supplies the complete catalog of reusable email templates available in your Mailofly workspace. The AI can inspect template structure, variable interpolations ({{name}}, {{verification_link}}), and suggest design improvements.

3. mailofly://domains
Lists all custom sending domains configured in your workspace along with their cryptographic DNS records:
- DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail) status
- SPF (Sender Policy Framework) record alignment
- DMARC policy state
- Return-Path routing status
