The Contacts system in Mailofly is your central database for subscribers, customer profiles, custom attributes, and dynamic segments.Core Primitives
- Contacts: Individual email recipients with first/last names, subscription status, and arbitrary custom key-value properties.
- Segments: Dynamic or static cohorts of contacts filtered by specific criteria for targeted campaigns.
- Suppressions: Unsubscribes, hard bounces, and spam complaints kept separated to protect deliverability.
