Campaigns Overview

Campaigns allow you to send bulk marketing newsletters, product announcements, and onboarding drips to all contacts or targeted segments. Every campaign send is tracked as a distinct Run with real-time delivery stats, open rates, click maps, and unsubscribe rates.

The Anatomy of a Campaign

A campaign is configured with four core components:

Component	Required	Description
Title	Yes	Internal name to identify the campaign in your dashboard.
Segment	Yes	Defines who receives the email (e.g. All Contacts, Active Trialers, Paid Users).
Template / Content	Yes	Subject line and rich email content (HTML or visual blocks).
Schedule	Yes	Send immediately, schedule for a specific date/time, or recurring recurrence.

Key Capabilities

Segmentation: Target contacts based on custom properties, engagement, or tags.
Visual Block Composer: Draft responsive emails with headings, images, CTA buttons, and markdown.
Dynamic Merge Tags: Personalize every email with {{first_name}}, {{company}}, or fallback defaults.
Compliance & Unsubscribe Links: Automatic RFC 8058 one-click unsubscribe headers and footer links.
Sending Account Pools: Option to rotate sends across multiple verified domain relays.
