Creating a Campaign

1. In the sidebar, navigate to Campaigns.
2. Click New Campaign in the top right.
3. Enter a title (e.g. 2026 Spring Launch Announcement).
4. Select your target Segment and choose or create an email Template.
5. Configure your Schedule (Manual / Send Now, Scheduled Once, or Recurring).

Duplicating / Cloning Campaigns

To reuse an existing campaign layout:

1. Open the campaign details view.
2. Click the three-dot menu ... in the top right → select Duplicate.
3. A new draft is created with the same template content and settings.
