# Manage Broadcasts

Learn how to create, edit, clone, and manage marketing campaigns in Mailofly.

## Creating a Campaign

1. In the sidebar, navigate to **Campaigns**.
2. Click **New Campaign** in the top right.
3. Enter a title (e.g. `2026 Spring Launch Announcement`).
4. Select your target **Segment** and choose or create an email **Template**.
5. Configure your **Schedule** (Manual / Send Now, Scheduled Once, or Recurring).

## Campaign Lifecycle States

| State                    | Description                                                               |
| :----------------------- | :------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| **Draft**                | The campaign is being edited. No emails have been dispatched.             |
| **Scheduled**            | The campaign is queued to send at a future timestamp.                     |
| **Running / Processing** | Emails are actively being rendered, queued, and dispatched to recipients. |
| **Completed**            | All messages have been processed. Stats are finalized.                    |
| **Cancelled**            | A scheduled or recurring run was stopped before or during execution.      |

## Duplicating / Cloning Campaigns

To reuse an existing campaign layout:

1. Open the campaign details view.
2. Click the three-dot menu `...` in the top right → select **Duplicate**.
3. A new draft is created with the same template content and settings.
