Domain Statuses

In the Domains view, each domain will show one of the following states:

Re-checking DNS Verification

DNS propagation typically takes 5 to 30 minutes, but can take up to 24-48 hours depending on TTL settings. To force a verification check:

1. Navigate to Domains in the sidebar.
2. Click on the domain name.
3. Click the Verify DNS button in the top right.
4. The system will perform real-time DNS queries against authoritative name servers and update each individual record’s status.

Deleting a Domain

When a domain is deleted:

• Any active sending accounts or identities linked to that domain will be paused.
• In-flight emails from that domain will be cancelled.
• DKIM keys and tracking settings are removed.

To delete:

1. Open the domain details page.
2. Scroll to the Danger Zone at the bottom.
3. Click Delete Domain and confirm.
