SMTP Gateway Overview

Mailofly offers a high-performance SMTP relay service that allows you to plug Mailofly directly into any framework, CMS, or legacy software without code refactoring.

Connection Credentials

Setting	Value
SMTP Host	`smtp.mailofly.com`
Port	`587` (STARTTLS - Recommended) or `465` (SSL/TLS)
Username	`mailofly` (or your organization API key ID)
Password	Your secret Mailofly API Key (`mfly_live_...`)
Authentication	`PLAIN` or `LOGIN`

Deliverability & Tracking via SMTP

All emails sent through the SMTP gateway receive:

Automatic DKIM signing.
Real-time entry in your dashboard Activity Logs.
Open and click tracking (if configured).
Webhook event emission (email.sent, email.delivered, email.bounced).
