# Deliverability Insights

High deliverability requires active monitoring of your domain reputation, complaint rate, and bounce volume.

## Key Metrics to Track

* **Complaint Rate**: Keep spam complaints below `0.1%` (1 complaint per 1,000 sent emails). Exceeding `0.3%` will trigger mailbox provider blocks.
* **Bounce Rate**: Maintain hard bounces below `2%`. Clean old lists using email validation tools before large broadcast runs.
* **Open and Click Engagement**: High open and click rates signal to mailbox spam filters that your content is expected and wanted.
