# Production Approval

> How to unlock full production sending volume and increase daily quota limits.

# Production Approval

New accounts on Mailofly start in evaluation/sandbox mode to protect platform deliverability against automated abuse and spam bot attacks.

## Moving to Production

To unlock high-volume production sending:

1. **Verify Your Custom Domain**: You must have at least one verified custom domain with valid SPF and DKIM DNS records.
2. **Review Compliance**: Ensure your email list conforms to our [Email Consent Guidelines](/guides/deliverability/email-consent) (opt-in only, no purchased lists).
3. **Submit Production Request**:
   * Navigate to **[Billing & Quotas](https://www.mailofly.com/user/billing)**.
   * Click **Request Production Access**.
   * Provide your website URL and a brief description of the emails you plan to send (e.g. "B2B SaaS customer onboarding and billing receipts").
4. **Fast-Track Approval**: Our deliverability team typically reviews and approves requests within 2–6 business hours.
