# Performance Tracking

Every completed or active broadcast run provides granular real-time analytics.

## Core Metrics

* **Delivered**: Percentage of messages accepted by recipient MX servers without bounce.
* **Unique Opens**: Number of unique recipients who loaded message tracking pixels.
* **Unique Clicks**: Click-through rate on embedded hyperlinks.
* **Unsubscribes**: Total users who opted out via footer or one-click headers.
* **Spam Complaints**: Inbound FBL reports filed by recipients.

## Exporting Analytics

You can export raw recipient logs and delivery status breakdowns directly to CSV or stream event updates to your data warehouse via webhooks.
