# Say Goodbye & Delete a Robot

> Permanently erase an automation from your account when you don't need it anymore.

When you're completely done with an old helper and want to clean up your workbench, you can permanently erase it.

> ⚠️ **No Take-Backs**: Once you delete an automation, its blueprint and track layout are gone for good. Double-check before you click delete!

### Path Parameters

  The unique ID badge of the automation you want to erase (e.g. `"auto_9b83b384..."`).

### Response

  Always says `"automation"`.
</ResponseField>

  The ID of the deleted automation.
</ResponseField>

<ResponseField name="deleted" type="boolean">
  `true` confirming the automation has been wiped from your account.
